Terms Questions Answered

No. One person, one account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same identity, we'll merge them and flag the activity. Duplicate accounts violate Section 2 of these terms.

Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000. Maximum per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Daily limit is Rp 100,000,000. Limits reset at midnight Jakarta time. VIP members may request higher limits via support.

QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay withdrawals process within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers take 1–2 hours. Weekend and holiday delays may apply. Check your transaction status in the Withdrawals tab anytime.

Your bet is protected. If the connection drops, the game server records your position. Reconnect and the round resumes. If it completes server-side, your result is final and credited instantly.

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Close Account. We'll freeze it immediately and delete your data within 30 days per privacy law. Pending withdrawals process first. Reactivation is not possible.
